Requesting a password through the mobile app
Uh oh! Did a client lose or forget their account password? Please have them go to the login screen of the mobile app. From there, they can select "Forgot Password?" They will then be required to enter the mobile number associated with their account. A new password will then be sent to them. Please note that users can also have their password reset by going to their regular client URL on the web and clicking "Forgot Password."
